Return Terms

Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns will accept within 7-day period from the date of delivery. This timeframe allows us to promptly process your return and provide you with a refund or exchange as per your preference. You will receive your refund within 3 days.
While we strive to offer exceptional service, please note that the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the event of a qualifying return, these shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Additionally, if any customs duties are incurred during international shipments, the corresponding amount will also be deducted from the refund.

Products cannot be returned under these conditions:
-The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and all packaging materials intact.
* Cleaning and drying the products under the conditions that do not comply with the washing instructions on the labels,
* Alterations, deformations or deterioration of the original design of the product is not covered by the warranty.
* If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or the product has been used, return of the product will not be accepted.

In the event that the products you send remain to the customs, the responsibility rests to customers, wessi.com does not accept any responsibility in such a case.
