Return Terms
Thank you for choosing Wessi.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. This ensures we can process your return promptly and issue a refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days. Please note, if your product gets held in customs, Wessi is not responsible for any issues that arise.
- Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number.
- All damage claims should be made within 2 business days of receiving the goods (Please provide your order details—invoice number, style number, color, and size—photos of the damages with an explanation, and your contact information).
- Returns sent to our showroom without prior approval from the Wessi team will not be accepted.
- A 30% fee will be charged on all returned items to cover packing, shipping, restocking costs, and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Any customs duties incurred during international shipments will also be deducted from the refund.
- Products from the discounted category are not eligible for returns.
- Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Alterations, deformations, or non-compliance with washing instructions are not covered by the warranty.
- If the product has been used or damaged due to customer mishandling, returns will not be accepted.
